Shop carefully as all Poly thread is NOT created equal!
|Recently many embroidery enthusiasts are searching for Trilobal Poly Thread. Trilobal refers to the shape of the fibers that make up the thread. Standard poly fibers are round, but Trilobal fibers are like a three pointed star. This provides a lot more surface to reflect the light and result in thread that has a high sheen – often as much as rayon! It is also a stronger thread which means less thread breaks. Elongation (stretch) is also an important factor in choosing thread. Lower elongation percentages result in the reduction or elimination of puckering and looping problems. Lower elongation also allows you to decrease the tension on your machine. Some poly threads have a stretch factor up to 30%! Our new BFC poly Thread is made from Trilobal Poly fibers and has a very low elongation of 17%-20%.|

do you have in stock the iridescent mylar, I'm wanting to make some snowflakes and it needs the mylar and my sister is coming and these are for her to take home for a project. She will be here the 22 so would need it by then. Thank you.Dec 15, 2017, 01:47 PM
Hello Susan, I'm sorry but we don't carry the Mylar - we carry Angelina Film. The white colors are out right now and I won't be able to re-stock them until after the New Year I'm afraid. I'm very sorry!

Why is there a limit on the bright white? Will it ever be available in the larger size?Aug 8, 2017, 11:14 AM
Hi Mary - the site shows what I have in the warehouse. I'm working on restocking all the small size cones first, then I will do the larger size.
Thank you - Suz

Florence CampbellMay 14, 2020, 12:09 AMMy only complaint is that I can't get this thread colour [2169 specifically] in 5000m spool! I would also like to see black in a 5000m spool please :)BFC CreationsJun 15, 2020, 06:34 AMHi Florence - we plan to carry more colors in the 5000m cones soon. They require very high minimums so I have to save up a lot. :) We have the black in 5000m in stock and White 2168 (no 2169)
