Patriotic

I did this design to show you the value and what you can do with  Variegated thread.  The samples shown use TSVR-0010 Aquamarine Variegated Thread set. 

I digitized the feather to use 4 colors.  I stitched the first one with the four solid colors in the set.  Then using the same design without making any changes, I stitched it all with the Variegated thread.  I was amazed at how much alike they were!  You see a little more of the yellow green in the first stitchout because that section had more stitches than the other color stops.  The second stitchout which was very easy and fast, looks like it was shaded with different colors rather than being a Variegated thread.  If you have a design that will work with the colors of one of your variegated threads, give it a try!  You will receive both feathers regardless of the option you choose.
