Stamps often have the most wonderful Artwork! I came across these and because mushrooms are always popular I just had to do them. I have more and might do another set. The white part of the stamp isn’t stitched – it is fabric applique. This dramatically reduces the number of stitchers per design. The designs without the stamp border are larger than they would be just eliminating the Stamp background, and they are also modified somewhat to make more attractive and balanced individual designs. These designs could be used together in a quilt, or make a kitchen set with the stamps on some towels and the individual mushrooms on appliance covers, placemats or a tablecloth.
