In honor of Metal Health Month, I offer this design in two versions.  Once decorated with flowers and one with Steampunk symbols.  They have an optional loop at the bottom and can be used as bookmarks or in a card to a special person. 

Mental Health is so important and often overlooked as it is hard to admit.  But our whole beings depend on our minds giving us true and useful information.  A card with a note saying You Matter with this inside  will help those who need it most who know you support them.
