I love Art Deco - it has so many different personalities. One is the super clean look created by design or colors used. Sewn together these even give the look of Sashiko - but larger. Use the interspersed with fabric blocks for a quilting object, or stitch them together with a zig zag stitch for table mats, tote bag fronts, or other small projects.
PLEASE NOTE: These designs start with three different basting stitches so you can make these a quilt in the hoop design. There is also a basting stitch before the final satin stitch border. This final border is a separate color in case you want to make it a different color or eliminate it totally.
12 Designs in 4 sizes. MLJ 5x5 and 6x6 inches 7x7 and 8X8 (all blocks are a little less than shown to allow for hoop allowances)

A supply of butterflies for every occasion from Valentine's to Steam punk.
Butterfly one - you have loads of options to change colors for this design. Try all pastels or shades of one color for a totally different look.
Butterfly two - try stitching just one of the colors for two different butterflies
Butterfly three - I chose two colors very close, try colors like pink and blue, purple and pink, etc.
Butterfly four - this sketchy design always all kinds of color choices! or stitch it all in one color.
Butterfly five - This is the same as butterfly 1 except for all the colored sections are done in different fancy motifs.
Butterfly six - I call this the Valentine Butterfly because of the color I used. He would also be pretty on any color stitched in white
Butterfly seven - I used neon colors for the yellows and pinks. Choose more subdued colors for a shaded look or just use black and one or two other colors.
Butterfly 8 - the steampunk butterfly! Metal colors, metallic thread are all appropriate

When I first saw computer images I wasn't sure how I liked them. They were too perfect in many ways. I of course like them now but I’m still drawn to hand drawn art. These flowers have that touch - close but not quite perfect. I've stitched them two ways. They come with color like the second in each picture. To stitch them as black work just skip the first one or two colors. The black is the last to stitch for each one.
The sizes are 4 inches in height, 5 inches in height, 6 inches in height and 7 inches in height.

These are fairly firm lace. You can combine them as shown into a wreath. You could put this wreath on
a Styrofoam form or a heavy fabric with the edges treated to not fray. They also can be used as borders on linens or clothing. Or on a pillow. For the kitchen, you could put the wreath as a centerpiece, towels with one motif stitch on, pot holders – make a complete kitchen set. Change the colors to match your room.
If desired you can stitch the designs directly onto your item – just skip the first color stop.8 Designs in Medium Check Sizes

These designs offer a lot of options! They can be stitched in different colors, different fabrics and some combine to form more options! For example Designs 5 and 6 combine to form a larger Block as do Designs 1 and 4. Design 2 and 8 can be used for continuous patterns. (both shown in screenshots before the free design) You can add a sashing between the blocks or stitch them together directly as I did in the sample project. All designs come with an option basting stitch. This makes it easier to stitch them together or it can be skipped if not needed.
A great suggestion by Genene, my friend and fantastic stitcher, is to stitch these on tulle and use as an insert in clothing, etc. Metallic thread would be really impressive!
I purchased the artwork for this set from a Ukrainian woman who is still in Kyiv. I have used her artwork before and I thought it a perfect time to support Ukrainian artists. The host for her art has pledged to donate $50,000 to the International Rescue Committee.

Geometric designs are great for clothing...just one on a blouse can make totally different outfit! I did some of these in Variegated thread and some in regular. You can also use metallic thread for real sparkle. Just skip the first color stop if you want to stitch just the outlines.
Geometric shapes are perfect for Variegated Thread. Different stitch angles also create some unique really attractive patterns. I used BFC Variegated Thread in my samples. And, it's on special this week at 40% off!

The Reindeer decided this year they would be the center of attention! Stitch them in lots of fun colors or do them mostly in red, green and gold. I think they would make great tote bags to carry home Holiday gifts. A young girl would love a tote to gather her gifts together on Christmas morning.

Hygge goes far in illuminating the Danish soul. In essence, hygge means creating a warm atmosphere and enjoying the good things in life with good people. The warm glow of candlelight is hygge. Cosying up with a loved one for a movie – that’s hygge, too. And there's nothing more hygge than sitting around with friends and family, discussing the big and small things in life. Perhaps hygge explains why the Danes are some of the happiest people in the world. And perhaps explains why HYGGE has exploded in popularity around the world.
Use these designs anywhere. To add a little Hygge to your projects stitch one of these designs in a corner, on the back, or the edge of a sleeve to add that good feeling. Or make a set of linens using any or all of them!

Sometimes we want something really special for a gift. These designs are perfect! They can be put on anything from clothing to towels to everything in between. They stitch quickly considering all the detail. The design shown on the towel has alignment lines if you would like to stitch a wide border. I've included a screenshot of how it would look. There are 8 smaller designs that you can use to create your own arrangement or as they are in small places. Since our color charts print actual size, you can print them and cut them out to try different placements. Good for Mother's Day gifts!

These colors reminded me immediately of an Aquamarine Stone. The pale blue-green tones create a delicate tone where they are stitched. In addition to the regular Medium, Large and Jumbo designs, each size includes very small motifs. These can be used with the larger designs or on a collar and cuffs, a delicate hand towel, the corner of a scarf. you can see the exact measurement of all designs by clicking Check Sizes below.

Hand embroidery and cross stitch have been framed in hoops for a very long time. Why not do the same with our machine embroidery? I've chosen a 5 inch hoop for my first adventure into framed embroidery, but you can get inexpensive embroidery hoops in many sizes. - I've seen them between 3 inches and 12 inches. Of course there are also some very large ones. I have a lot of ideas for these. They would make wonderful gifts - everyone can find room for a 5 inch circle, or decorations - the ideas are endless. The designs are: Sunrise, Koi Pond, Art Deco Lady, Victoria Pigeon, Mardi Gras Kitty and Lovely Moth. I am adding some effects to make these designs look more like hand embroidery where possible.
The set consists of three sizes - for a 5 inch, 6 inch and 8 inch embroidery hoops. There are full instructions to easily center and hoop your designs in the embroidery hoop.
NOTE: If you purchased under the Pre Pay period, you can use your original links and redownload all the designs.

Elegant and easy to stitch this Parrot would be perfect for the back of a jacket or a framed picture. You have a lot of leeway with colors. Large hoops are becoming more and more popular. In addition to just the size, I like the options for detail that larger designs provide. I designed these quilt blocks specifically for the Jumbo and commercial size Hoops. We stitched some on white and some on black to show how different they can look. I can see a quilt with both white and black squares alternated with a black and white small print sashing in between. Or try different color groups as the screen shots show. You can also use these designs on clothing and linens.
You can use metallic for one or all three of the colors in the design though I just used our regular BFC thread to stitch these samples.

Jacobean Embroidery is crewel embroidery of fanciful plants and animals. It is proper to use on any project!
This set has two larger designs that can be used the centerpiece of a project.I planned these to be used as they are for small and large details on a wall hanging, or quilt, or garment. Or you can create even larger designs with them as shown in the screen shots. After the sample stitch outs, there are 3 screen shots of possible arrangements to make a large embroidery. You could make a large centerpiece for a quilt and then dot the smaller designs around it.

Somewhat of a variation upon the Stained Glass Squares. Separately or in combination with the squares they can used for quilts, tablecloths, placemats, curtains and even jazzing up a shirt pocket.
To easily add these to a project, cut out the shapes leaving a small margin. Fuse a piece of applique web to the back of the design. Trim close to the satin stitch border. Once you remove the paper backing you can fuse these directly onto a project!
