Bright colors are great for warm weather. These are partially fractals with some manual changes made. The butterflies make a nice counterpoint to them. You have two butterflies and two of the designs with the butterflies in them. You can use other butterflies, or maybe flowers with these designs - just choose similar colors to your Blaze.

Delight designed these gorgeous Roses and Monarch Butterflies to be a bell pull. I have tweaked them a little so they can be used for a bell pull and also as individual designs. And I've taken a rose and two butterflies as additional designs to add to a main project. The designs shown on white are screen shots just to show you how they look without the black background. The bee is of course a freebie for you to try :)

The third version of Delight's Doorway. I have done this mushroom house three ways - first, there is the set of individual designs taken from the painting; next was the commercial size to stitch out the whole painting in one hoop and finally this choice - the tiled designs to create the painting. We have been discussing this for about a week on my Facebook Group. The tiled designs are very easy. You stitch each one, then zigzag them together on your sewing machine. It can then be framed or finished with sashing, I recommend stitching theses on black fabric, but they will also be pretty done on white, cream perhaps even a light blue.

I've wanted to do a set of designs for babies or little children that emphasize natural fibers and plants but still is full of fantasy for the little ones. Use these designs individually to decorate babies and children's clothing or make the pictures (or your own arrangement!) shown for your own nursery or give as gifts to those expecting. Steampunk has a playful side too! These designs are great for the younger crowd. Use them on their clothing, pillow or make a picture for their room. As shown in the second image, you can also put them on black. I used white thread to substitute for the black thread in the designs, but you could also use Silver Metallic. In a recent poll I conducted on my IO group, Steampunk Animals came out the top pick. This wolf was ideal – he’s definitely steampunk plus he has the strength of the wolf.

The Octopus has 9 brains and is considered extremely intelligent. So, I can easily see them using gears and levers to enhance their lives. They are often considered the mascot of Steampunk. Their heads and strange eyes look like helmets, they use water much as a steam engine, in Jules Verne's classic the Nautilus fought several huge Octopuses, the Octopus is very inventive - often collecting coconut shells to build its shelter, and they were a symbol of the railroads and industrial revolution.

Horses have been part of Art throughout the centuries. From the stallion racing across the plains to the very ornate armament of military horses, these beautiful animals add grace and style to whatever you put them on. The Steampunk movement was all about industrialization and automation. Many of the creations were truly impossible but expanded imaginations. Our Steampunk dragon is a special kind of Dragon called a Wyvern. Wyverns have only two legs and a long tail ending in an arrow or diamond shape. These dragons are used extensively for heraldry throughout Europe and the US. They are often used for athletic mascots in Canada, the US and the UK.

I wanted to do some designs for the younger set, but with a little more to them than just cartoons. I think these hipster pets are just the thing! They are cute characters, but are still very similar to the real animals. These come in
Small, Medium and Large. The Medium and Large are smaller than they usually are so they will still be appropriate for smaller clothes. These would also make a really cute quilt!

Steampunk is a genre that looks to the future from the perspective of the Victorian age. What machines would be possible in the future based on what was being developed then? It has led to all types of science fiction. Hats are very important in Steampunk Couture, You could easily incorporate these designs with BFC1538 Steampunk Gears and Gizmos to make a great project. For example put a hat on the back of a vest or shirt and then sprinkle the remainder of the garment with a few Gears. Or take the large hat with just a band and add some gears to it.

I named this a Touch of Steampunk because it has other elements like music and foliage. By using different fabrics and colors it will go well in any decor.
The designs are done with bobbins matching your top thread so you have double sided bowl sides. Very quick stitching even with the changing of bobbins. There is also a method described that has a plain fabric side eliminating the need for the colored bobbins. I use Silk Dupioni striped fabric that had large red and green strips. I used one color stripe for each side of the design. Full instructions included. You can also use this to make just a plan fabric bowl with a pretty fabric - no design in the middle, or use the designs for other projects by eliminating the borders. Lots of options!

And they can be used for anything from full quilts to a single design on a favorite blouse. I love them on Black, but they can go on any color fabric. Zentangle designs are lots of fun. I’ve liked the look of the filled Zentangle, but the designs can be quite stitch intensive. These designs are a combination of open and filled work. They are also done in neutral colors so the designs become the point of attraction! You can of course use other colors – just exchange the lightest color in the design with the lightest new color you want to use.
I think these designs are great for clothing. I can see the Ostrich or Giraffe, for example, popping out from a jacket pocket. Or put the cat right on a pocket. Any of them in a large size would be great on the back of a shirt, vest or jacket. Or stitch one in the lower corner of the front of a garment. They could also play around the edge of a neat skirt!!

I had clothing in mind when I created these designs. The first 5 create a wonderful neckline for a top, dress, or even a T-Shirt. Or use the side designs down the front of a shirt or jacket. I've included enough small motifs to create your own design or add to the larger designs in the set. The Circle design would be perfect for the front of a tote or handbag. Or put it on pockets! The small motifs can also be used for collars or cuffs.

This set is made up of modified fractal images. They represent natural things found in nature and abstracts. I used a lot of neon when stitching the samples, but you can also use metallic thread or variegated thread. To show how they look in more *normal* colors, I stitched the wheat sheaves in shades of brown and green. These designs are also perfect for bling and look great with some hot fix crystals. I can see the first design, which looks like a shell, on a handbag dotted with crystals. Great gift for someone going on a cruise.

I named these designs *Steampunk* because they all started as a basic gear. But they can be used equally well for any style! When I saw the artwork I used for this design I immediately thought of my cat, Bronko Billy. This set depicts looking through a window at the desk or table of someone that seeks treasure. There are two treasure chests, watches, a spy glass, maps and pearls. It is stitched in squares and then zigzagged or satin stitched together. I made this set as a window because it seemed so appropriate for the subject! I can see someone peeking in through the window to see the treasure. It is designed to be stitched on dark brown fabric to lower the stitch count. There is stitching everywhere, but some is very sheer. NOTE: Both the medium and large size will fit in a 5x7 hoop. The Jumbo requires a 6x7 hoop or larger.

You will receive full instructions to make your map - with absolutely NO SEWING involved! It even has a built in hanger in the back. You can use this method for many different wall hangings. You also receive instructions to assemble your map. Or use the sections individually. I can picture the map of Africa with the head of a lion or Cheetah, or the map of Australia with a Kangaroo. Instead of the compass, you could use one of the smaller Vintage Watches - or add it in addition to the compass.
