I have a Pfaff machine with a large hoop. 360 x 360 (Dream Hoop). Which size would I buy if I want to use that hoop? Also I could not find on your website the free tutorial button. I would really like to see a to 'walk-through' before buying the design.
Mar 8, 2024, 10:45 AMHi Catherine,
your hoop is 14x14. If you want to do the design all in one stitching, choose the commercial size. The tutorial section is on the left side of the website, the last entry in the main menu. https://bfc-creations.com/tutorials/ I can't put links here so you will need to copy and paste that.
Thank you - Suz -

I am not sure how this design stitches> Do I leave the design in the hoop and go to the next design step and it stitches on top of the first design and so on? I love this guy but do not want to mess it up..thanks...
Nov 2, 2019, 02:43 PMHi Judy,
I have a free tutorial with designs that shows you exactly how to do these large designs. It's worth taking the time to go through it. You will find it is very easy! Since I can't put links in here, go to the home page and look on the left menu for tutorials, then click on tutorials again. It is the first one called Tutorial: How to do large designs -designs included. Don't hesitate to ask me any questions as you go through it!

I just sent in a question about the commercial size of this pattern. As I look at it further, there are other areas that I think need to be looked at. The top two spikes on the horses head, the second teardrop under the horses chin, the last color change stitches over the third oblong on the wing and none of the others, and the middle 2 spikes on the bottom of the horse are not completely stitched.
Please let me know if you are going to address them, otherwise I will fix them on my version.
ThanksJul 5, 2019, 04:31 PMHi Pam - I'll check all of the design tomorrow. It is definitiely the length of satin stitches. I will make them the mini,i, length and you should have any problems with them. I wasn't aware of it because we use ART and a commercial machine and they had no trouble stitching any of them. If you are able to do a screen shot from your software that you can send me, I can check all the ones you are seeing. It will help if I know the format too.

I bought the commercial size of this pattern. There is a screw at the base of the wing That is filled on the pictures and pdf files but is not filled in the embroidery. I checked all the formats and they have multiple trim commands around the screw so there is no stitching inside the screw.
I think this is a mistake. Is it?
ThanksJul 5, 2019, 04:20 PMHi Pam - this is probably due to the length of stitches. Machines have limits on what length they c an stitch. I'm going to email you a small picture to make sure we are talking about the correct screw on the design. I can change the settings so it will stitch properly.
I'm sorry for the trouble!

Will the commercial size fit in the Bernina Jumbo hoop? This is a great design and would be a fun jacket back.
Thanks!
MargieJun 25, 2019, 10:47 AMHi Marge - the size of the commercial design is on the page. I'm not sure of the exact measurements of the Bernina Jumbo Hoop.
Thanks!
