I had promised some floral accessory designs to go with the Picasso Cats. There is the first one. You could alternate these with fabric blocks around the outer edge of Picasso Style quilt. Or alternate with it's companion, Picasso Flower 2.(see below in Related Products)

I couldn't think of a good name for this design until I had stitched it and laid it out on the table. I looked and saw music (the lines at the top) and the expression on the faces I could see some good Jazz Music. LOL There is a large variety of sizes so you can use these kitties on many projects! I plan on making a tote bag, but you can also frame them, use them on clothing, as a jacket back - or a fun pillow!

This completes the 12 Picasso Cats.. I can start my quilt now. Maybe I will have it done by next winter. LOL I do have some other designs planned that can be used in conjunction with these cats.

Someone wrote and asked me if I could separate out the middle cat in Picasso Cats 9. I thought it was a great idea! So while working on design 9 I decided to separate out each cat. Depending on how popular this might be I will consider doing all the cats this way so you would have enough to put with the Original 9 for a larger quilt!

I think of this style as a softer Picasso...It has all curves instead of the cubic look of a lot of Picasso's work. I have a WOman done in a similar style that is almost finished. If you like these types of human drawings, I can find more for you! I've had comments about them being great for the younger crowd or for pillows or handbags.

I took these designs from the artwork for the Picasso Style Cats we have. I took these designs from the artwork for the Picasso Style Cats we have. They were sprinkled around the cats. I thought these will be useful for quilts either for small blocks or perhaps a border along with the cats or with other quilt blocks. I’ve shown a couple of ideas for arranging them into a larger design. The pics come after the freebie on the page. These come in 5 sizes. Two of the sizes are for the 4x 4 hoop (small) and three of the sizes are for the 5 x7 Hoop (Medium). You can purchase them all in a complete set or just one size. So many people enjoyed the Picasso Cats I thought that Rabbits might be fun too! I kept the same colors as the Cats because they seem very nice for Easter. But it would be easy to choose shades of grays or browns to make a more realistic Easter Bunny. The designs with both some eggs and a Rabbit might be a little too large for your hoop. If you have software you can use to edit a design, you could move the eggs a little closer of change the size of the whole design a little. They can also be used for ideas to create your own arrangements.

I figured the Picasso Cats can't be complete without some kittens running around. I'm planning to put them on some pillows for the bed with the Cat Quilt. Or combine them with the large cats in the corners of the quilt. I will start laying out the quilt this week and will keep you posted. If you feel you need more kittens than these, please let me know on our Contact Form. I will see what I can do. One more piece of our Picasso Cat series will be coming out soon.

This bag is based on Pablo Picasso's Le guitariste. The brown medium size bag represents the original colors in the painting, but the blue bag shows how different it can look with a change of palette. I include colors for both variations. The designs are stitched individually and seamed together - very easy! No lining up :) Because of the nature of the pattern, the seams barely show, if at all. The instructions include how to create all your pattern pieces based on your stitched bag front - no patterns to print. There are different pocket options in addition to the easy to do zippered pocket shown and instructions for making the gusset as narrow or wide as you want. For the blue bag shown I have not included the inner bag and just added a magnetic snap to close it.
Small (Note required hoop size below): 12 inches wide x 10.3 inches high, Medium: 15 inches wide x 12.9 inches high Large: 17.5 inches wide x 15.1 inches high
This handbag requires the use of the Series B inner bag which is NOT included with this bag.
