Suz this is beautiful but tell me would it be possible to leave off the black borders on the inside of the blocks so it looks like all one block, or better yet just make it all one block in larger sizes for the machine hoop sizes that are now available? I now have a machine with a 9.5 by 14" hoop so could make a 9x9" block. Thanks for the great start in the new year.
Jan 2, 2026, 10:09 AMHi Debbie - The black border is the last color to stitch so it is easy to eliminate it. There is also a heavy outline that stitches before the final satin stitch. This could be used as a guide to sew the blocks together. I didn't have time to try this, but I've done it with other block designs. To do complete block of 4 designs to fit your hoop, they could only be at max 4.7 inches. Let me know your thoughts. :) Suz
