I remember using Glossilla thread when Fred was a baby and I was making baby clothes.  I used it to crochet a border around a cap, etc. It is also great for dolls clothes.  It is no longer manufactured in this form and I got these in a shop I bought out in 1974.  It had been in business since 1940 so no telling when these were made!  they are truly vintage.
