I can imagine our second elephant being totally embroidered allover by hand. Folk Art Embroidery is great! Folk Art can be defined as the unique art of a culture or region of a country. It is often created by home artists without specialized training. Their work comes from their art and their connection to their country.

Each design description above will state the sizes the design comes in: S, M, L, J standing for Small, Medium, Large and Jumbo. These will be written SML, meaning Small, Medium and Large, or perhaps MLJ, meaning Medium Large and Jumbo, or even SMLJ meaning the design comes in all four hoop sizes

Such a cute design. It looks very dense. What stabilizer and needle do you recommend?
Thank youNov 6, 2024, 08:08 AMHi Martha - these really aren't dense. Most of the stitching is sheer. The areas of satin stitch are of course dense, but overall it's balanced by the sheer parts. I would recommend sticky, medium tear away stabilizer. If you don't have any sticky, you could use two layers of medium tear away.
