where do I go to download the designs

1. The delivery email that is sent right after you purchase
2. On the Order or Ordered Files page of your account.

Where do I find the Color Chart? My machine doesn't always identify the correct colors-

Do you have to make a purchase to receive the bunny? I added the bunny to the cart and it will not let me check out.
