All of our machine embroidery designs will come in any or all of the following hoop sizes: (You will receive links to download the size(s) you purchased and all formats available)
Small for 4 x 4 inch hoop, Medium for 5 x 7 inch hoop, Large for 6 x 10 inch hoop, and Jumbo 8 x 12 inch hoop.
Each design description above will state the sizes the design comes in: S, M, L, J standing for Small, Medium, Large and Jumbo. These will be written SML, meaning Small, Medium and Large, or perhaps MLJ, meaning Medium Large and Jumbo, or even SMLJ meaning the design comes in all four hoop sizes
Formats Available: ART3, ART4, DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, PES, VIP, XXX

why didn't i get 3 sizes of my designs, that is what it was stated, also why can't i download 4 of the designs, it sayes , no sewing data ??? here is the # of the designs; 30556--30559--30550--30555. bfcs241-08 was ok but only one size. .bfc0509-05 was ok i guess? , here is my order #56149 please reply soon ,i wanted these design now, thank you doris

The singles are sold by size. You buy each size separately. I checked your order and you bought the medium size for each design. How did you download the designs that say no sewing data? Did you try downloading them from your account and not the email? I was able to download them without problems. You need to save the zip file, then unzip it, then open your format.
