All of our machine embroidery designs will come in any or all of the following hoop sizes: (You will receive links to download the size(s) you purchased and all formats available)
Small for 4 x 4 inch hoop, Medium for 5 x 7 inch hoop, Large for 6 x 10 inch hoop, and Jumbo 8 x 12 inch hoop.
Each design description above will state the sizes the design comes in: S, M, L, J standing for Small, Medium, Large and Jumbo. These will be written SML, meaning Small, Medium and Large, or perhaps MLJ, meaning Medium Large and Jumbo, or even SMLJ meaning the design comes in all four hoop sizes
Formats Available: ART4, DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, JEF+, PES, VIP, VIP3, XXX

I am unable to download design #6 today. I was able to successfully download and save #7 but #6 just does not want to move beyond putting it in my basket. ANy suggestions? I save these designs every year and do thank you for your generosity.
SandiNov 17, 2017, 11:34 AMHi Sandi - To see what the problem might be I logged into your account and put the 4 sizes of #6 in your cart and checked them out. No problems. You can find them to download in your cart.
did you login when you for #7? There was nothing in your account since Design #4.
If this happens again, please tell me exactly what happens and what if any error messages you get.
