All of our machine embroidery designs will come in any or all of the following hoop sizes: (You will receive links to download the size(s) you purchased and all formats available)
Small for 4 x 4 inch hoop, Medium for 5 x 7 inch hoop, Large for 6 x 10 inch hoop, and Jumbo 8 x 12 inch hoop.
Each design description above will state the sizes the design comes in: S, M, L, J standing for Small, Medium, Large and Jumbo. These will be written SML, meaning Small, Medium and Large, or perhaps MLJ, meaning Medium Large and Jumbo, or even SMLJ meaning the design comes in all four hoop sizes
Formats Available: ART4, DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, JEF+, PES, VIP, VIP3, XXX

Suz, When I get all the designs in my cart, under each one it says change attributes. I don't understand this. Can you help?
Nov 11, 2017, 03:39 AMHi Diane - Attributes are different choices you have for the designs. The designs have different sizes as their attributes - like small, medium, etc. When you put a design in your cart you have to choose the size. Lets assume you put a design in your cart in the Medium size. Then when you are reviewing your cart you realize you should have gotten the large size. You can choose the size right there rather than having to delete the medium size and go back and get the large.
If this doesn't make sense, just right again! :)

Why won't the free design download--it keeps going to an "ooops" page?

I would try again this morning and let me know if you are still getting that message. Thank you - Suz
