BFC1843 Steampunk Clock with Butterflies
I love steampunk designs that have a colorful accent. These butterflies really set off the clock and its gears. Three designs make up the full picture and you can buy these in Medium, Large or Jumbo.
You can also buy a commercial size that has the entire picture as one design.

Although I am pretty adept at assigning colors to embroideries, I am finding it rather challenging to assign colors to 4 parts of a design! I have 3 Steampunk designs, Seahorse, Clock with Butterflies, and the Steampunk Couture that I need to assign colors to. My Embird program has done a terrible job in translating the colors of these programs- there are no golds or tans in their color lists. Please, do you have a working color guide-pdf file- as you have included in some of your other designs? Although I did print out the thread list for each program, that doesn't help much when trying to figure out where they are used. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Jul 23, 2019, 10:02 AMHi Laura - you need to download the colorchart.zip file. Each set you bought has one - it has all the color charts, color conversions, instructions., etc. You will find it on you delivery email or inyour account.
Thank you - Suz
Also I recommend you download the designs again. l I have seen embird do some bad things to our designs. :)

When you purchase the jumbo size, is each individual part of the design smaller and the whole, finished, clock is jumbo size? So would each part fit into a 5 x 7 or 7 x 11 hoop?
Thanks!Jul 16, 2019, 06:36 AMHi Tineke,
If you buy the Jumbo size, each part of the design will fit into a jumbo hoop. (8x12 hoop). You can see the size of each individual design by clicking on check sizes on the page.
Look at this part of the page:
FINISHED SIZES OF EMBROIDERY: Medium – 10.5 x 6.8 inches, Large – 12.5 x 8 inches, Jumbo –14.7 x 9.5 inches. COMMERCIAL SIZE 10.5 x 6.7, 11.9 x 7.6, 14 x
This means, if you buy the Mediums size, each part will fit in a 5x7 hoop, but when put together will be 10.5 x 6,8 inches.
This means, if you buy the Large size, each part will fit in a 6x10 hoop, but when put together will be 12.5 x 8 inches.
The Jumbo, each part will fit an 8x12 hoop, but finished the whole embroidery will be 14.7 x 9.5.
If you have larger h oops, you can look at the sizes of the Commercial size. They are all done in one hooping.
don't hesitate to write back if this doesn't make total sense - I know it's hard to understand at first!
Thank you for asking,
Suz
