All of our machine embroidery designs will come in any or all of the following hoop sizes: (You will receive links to download the size(s) you purchased and all formats available)
Small for 4 x 4 inch hoop, Medium for 5 x 7 inch hoop, Large for 6 x 10 inch hoop, and Jumbo 8 x 12 inch hoop.
Each design description above will state the sizes the design comes in: S, M, L, J standing for Small, Medium, Large and Jumbo. These will be written SML, meaning Small, Medium and Large, or perhaps MLJ, meaning Medium Large and Jumbo, or even SMLJ meaning the design comes in all four hoop sizes
Formats Available:ART4, DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, JEF+(inside JEF download) PES, VIP, VP3(inside VIP download) XXX

Oct 6, 2019, 03:25 AMHi Elizabeth, - you must not have downloaded the colorchart.zip file that came with your designs. It has all the color charts, etc. You can find the link on your original email, or in your account if you logged in before purchase.

Hi, the extra design you sent was still too big. So I bought one for the large hoop. So I started stiiching using embrilliance as I have a Mac. Anyway colour 3 is green for the eyes, colour 4 chestnut which has completely stitched over the eyes .As there is no other green in the colour chart what happens with the eyes. Regards, Maria
Sep 14, 2018, 05:25 AMHello Maria - the one I sent you was for the large hoop. Are you using the color chart that came with the design? You can't go by what your software says. All software and machines handle colors differently. If you are using our color chart, then it will be better if you can use the DST format - this prevents problems with colors.
Color 4 chestnut doesn't stitch anywhere near the eyes. Let me know exactly howy ou are stitching Mr. Steam-Puss.

Hi, Sorry being late getting back to you. It was 9p.m. in the U.K. last night. I have retried the design in my machine and its still saying its too big. I ordered the mega hoop size. The software is working fine I have tried other designs. Regards, Maria

Have you chosen the largest hoop in your software before trying to open the design? I can exchange it for the jumbo size. But your hoop is a lot bigger than the commercial size so I would check your software settings to make sure :)
