    Hi Deborah,

Yes, there is a thread kit. Put 1474 in the search box on the home page and both the set and the thread kit will come up. Also if you are on the design set page, scroll down and you will find the thread kit under related products.

    Thanks for asking!

These tigers by Fred are amazingly beautiful. I just got the thread kit on sale, so I didn't have to fuss with colors, that was a big plus and I recommend it if you can swing it. There are a lot of color changes and a lot of jump stitches, but there have to be to get the layers of colour that look like real fur. I cut all the jumps after each color change, don't mind because the results are worth it. Do remember to float another piece of stabilizer, it really needs two because of the high stitch count. I didn't, and the edges are a bit puckered. Still, a gorgeous set to watch sew out, just like watching them being painted, only with thread. I only have a Janome 300E, nothing fancy as a machine, and the stitchouts are perfect. Would love to see them in bigger than a 5x7 hoop--that will be in my next life, lol. This is a super set, such a delight!
