BFC1713 Touch of Nature Quilt Blocks
I wanted to create quilt block designs that would bring some of nature inside. Starting with the sun, to the birds, the swan - even a moth and a butterfly - they all exhibit a different type of nature. And of course the flowers tie it all together. There are many wonderful fabrics with themes that would go well with these blocks. The blocks stitch up quickly and if you prefer some just black work blocks, you can just skip the first few sheer colors. You can also use these blocks for coloring with permanent markers, fabric paint or even crayons.

Can the BFC1713 Touch of Nature Quilt Blocks be embroidered on 1 or 2 layers of organza so they could be used in a window, or would they be too dense and heavy for it?
Feb 13, 2018, 09:08 AMHi Ruth, I hadn't thought of that! I'm sure they would work - probably on two layers - especially for the larger sizes. These average about half normal densiity.
Again - great idea. I would love to see a photo!
Thank you - Suz
