Terms and conditions

Sales are final for our Digital Products (designs).  You may use BFC designs on items for sale with no limitation.  We require that you include with the product the information that the designs are by BFC Creations.  If you use designs from one of our licensed Artists, you also must include a reference to the artwork being copyrighted by the Artist (include Artist's name)

All embroidery designs are created from one of three sources: copyright free images, artwork licensed  by artists to BFC for digitizing, or our own artwork.

These embroidery designs are digital products which you download once you have paid for your order. Due to the nature of digital goods these embroidery designs cannot be returned and there are no refunds. If you have purchased duplicate designs from us they are eligible to be exchanged.

These embroidery designs are copyrighted and are the property of Susan Makalinaw and BFC Creations.  You may not sell or share these embroidery designs in any way.

Our Thread and Embellishment products are guaranteed to arrive in good condition.  If this is not the case, please send a photo to: suz@BFC-Creations.com.
