BFC0955 QIH-Stained Glass-Fantasy Peacock
I stitched my sample (the medium size) on heavy white satin so it has an iridescence as the light changes. The second sample (using the 4x4 size) was done with the same thread but on the blue fabric used for the border. I also stitched just the 9 squares in the upper right. In addition to a picture, this Peacock would make a gorgeous center of a quilt. You could stitch him on water soluble stabilizer to keep the designs soft. QIH/Reg Stained Glass-Fantasy Phoenix is a companion design.
Sizes: Small, (4x4) - 16 x 16, Medium 20 x 20, Large 24 x 24, Jumbo 30x30

Could you tell me if the background on this is quilted? It looks to be, if so is that included with the
embroidery files? Also could you tell me how you stabled the satin?

Hello Ann, here isn't any quilting on this project. I used two layers of medium tear away stabilzer. Thee should be info in the instructions. :)
Thanks - Suz

I have just bought this design. I can only find the actual embroidery designs (16 in total), and the thread list. Are there no pdf files to tell you how to put this together? I have bought another design from your yourselves and the pdf instructions were very good and helpful.Apr 4, 2022, 07:05 AM

can this design be done without the tilesMar 28, 2022, 12:52 PM
Hello Ingrid - I'm sorry, but it would to be totally redone. I have had some customers bring the tiles into their software and they edit so the edges go together, but that is a lot of work. And would still require some touch up stitching when done. I did this set way before there were so many large hoops.
Thanks for asking - Suz
