With so much going on about the Newsletters I've had little time for designs.  But I  have these designs done.  This is the second set of Waves of Color Quilt Blocks.  You can see the first set here.

The all black design can be used with patterned fabric to use with the Wave blocks to make a larger item like a lap or bed quilt. Or use it make just waves with a plain color.

PLEASE NOTE:   I use Small as one of the buying options, but the smallest will need a5 inch hoop.  With Machines coming out with larger and larger hoops I had to change the way I group designs a little!
