This can be a footstool, a seat in a toddler's room, a "container" to store stuff in, or a very big barrel bag.
 
Completed measurements - height - 11 inches/ 28cm high
 circumference - 45 inches / 114cm around

You can also make it higher by simply adding more panels.
The Footstool has a zip opening , full instructions are included in the PDF document and it is much easier than it looks

Since mine is a toddlers seat, I filled it with high density foam rings.
If it is just a footstool, and no one is going to sit on it, then you can fill if with all your off cut fabrics and batting and or any "stuffing" of your choice.

Use only the narrow side panel and make floor seats for a toddler's room, or to cushion your tush when you attend a sporting match.
