Pierre-Joseph Redouté, a Belgian artist, is well known for his flower paintings, but he also did some beautiful Fruit paintings. He became an official court artist to Marie Antoinette though he left home at age 13 to live as an itinerant artist. I have always loved his use of color and composition. You can use these designs for table cloth and napkin sets, bordering curtains, kitchen towels or aprons, or frame the full designs and make a grouping.
