BFC1178 The Passion of Christ
The Passion of Christ is central to Christian beliefs. These designs picture the last 12 hours of Christ's life as described in the Gospels. The faces and bodies in these designs are stitched in white. I can see the designs stitched on purple with gold thread instead of black.

I second the sentiments of another comment. The set is missing a couple
IV Jesus meets his mother
VI Veronica wipes the face of Jesus
XI Jesus is nailed to the cross
The set is incompleteJan 15, 2022, 03:50 PMwe used artwork to do that set. I'm sorry it doesn't have all the stops in the series.

I have been looking for the 14 stations of the cross. You have 12 of them. Is there any chance of you doing stations 4 (Jesus meets his mother) and 6 (veronica wipes the face of Jesus)?
May 21, 2021, 12:41 PMHello cheryl - I wanted to talk to Fred who did these designs, so I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. He said that he did these according to The Passion of Christ - one image per hour. Because they were done in 2005, it would be difficult to match the style, etc. I'm sorry,
Thank you - I will keep the 14 stations for a future set.

Is the stitch out like red work? All one color?
Jun 11, 2019, 05:15 AMHI Alyce - these have two colors in each design - Black and White.
Thanks - Suz -

Do you have an actual stitch out of the entire design? Im wondering how to 'match' up if i put this all on a blanket.
Jun 19, 2018, 03:25 AMThese designs are created to be like quilt blocks. You could sew them together directly, add sashing, mix them with other blocks. There isn't anything to match up other than the usual piecing of squares.
Thank you - Suz
