I have downloaded 6 free designs and only one is a file I can use. All the others are cpgz files which I can not open. Why is that? I have a MacBook Air computer. I have had only Apple computers for years. Why can the purchases be opened but not the free designs? (not meant to be mean) Earlene

Hi Earlene - we have zipped those the same as our regular designs. We have had Mac users tell us when it happens they just change the extension to .zip and they are unable to unzip them. There is a lot of info on the net about cpgz files and Macs. I'm sorry it happened to you!
