Why isn’t it giving me %70% off the stained glass angels?

What are these stitched on? Is it on WSS or something else? I'd like to hang them in the window and have them look the same on both sides.
Oct 15, 2021, 06:39 AMHi Mary - these weren't made to be free standing. But - I believe you could use organza as a stabilzer. They would sparkle if you added mylar or Angelina film. Then you could cut them out. The only way to get them to look the same on both sides is to wind bobbins in each of the colors. Another possible way it stitch them on felt and cut them out. You would still need to wind the bobbins.
Thanks for asking!
