BFC0748 QIH Kokopelli Handbag

Not rated yet

This is my vision of Kokopelli: At sunrise he dances and plays his flute across the desert bringing life and color to the once dry cracked sand. Kokopelli has been worshiped at least since the times of the ancient pueblo people, 750-850 AD. He has become known to represent the entire southwestern US and is a popular character for all kinds of decoration. He represents among many things fertility, spring and music.
In addition to the designs shown below you will receive instructions to make the purse shown. The designs I've used to border the zipper can also be used along the top of the bag to increase it's height or to make a strap.

The medium bag (shown below) is 12 " high x 14.9 " wide and the large is 14 " high x 17.6"

I found a review of this made on pattern review.com I too own an embroidery machine but haven't learned to use it. Your pattern is so inspiring. Would a novice person with a BabyLock Solaris 2 be able to make something like this ?

Hi Kathy - Welcome to BFC! Yes, you can do the embroidery for this bag. There is quite a bit of regular sewing, so you will need a little skill for the sewing todgether. But I include step by step instructions. If you purchase be sure to download the colorchart.zip file in addition to your format -it has the instructions.
    thanks for asking!

Everything sent in oder in Jan. 2020 has been lost or erased. Isit possible to get all designs on flash drives? I have color charts. Just need designs. If possible charge to account on file. Thanks, Judy

Hello Judy - the reason you couldn't find the designs on that order is you never logged in that day before ordering. The system has no idea that way where the order belongs. I've merged that order into your regular account and you can download the designs from y our account. You can use either the Orders Tab or the Ordered Files tab (my preference). You can get every order on a flash drive, but you have to purchase that service. It is cheaper to have your own flash drive and add your designs to it as you purchase.
    Thank you - Suz
