Further to my question of a couple of minutes ago, I advise that I was using the .pes format.
I tried with .dst and it also shows a big gap of missing stitches on the nose (esp on 2143-13)Aug 13, 2023, 12:30 AManswered in last message

Hi Susan, I loved this design so much that went and purchased it.
I’ve just been looking at the designs on my Brother Luminaire and there is a rather large area on the cats nose where there are no stitches. (Eg. 2143-13 shows it very obvious)
Can you please check this out and advise if there is an issue or if it’s meant to meant like this.
The stitch counts on the machine and the pdfs do not match also.
Many thanks
Kind regards
TrudiAug 13, 2023, 12:30 AMHi Trudi - my apologies! That part of the nose is satin stitches. Machines have maximum widths they can stitch and I try to remember to always check satin stitch to make sure it's the narrowest possible. I forgot to check that one section of the nose. I've modified it and will send it to you with the pdf. My commercial machine stitches very wide satin stitches so I don't see it in my stitch outs. You also asked about the pdf and the design having a different number of stitches. This will almost always be the case. formats convert differently so there is sometimes a difference when going from one to the other. In this case the *hole* in the nose made a bigger more noticeable difference in stitch counts.
Again - my apologies! Suz -

Can you please confirm which design is the freebie?
I read this as it being this lovely cats head but when I it the download the freebie, it was only a very partial bit of the design.Aug 6, 2023, 02:47 AMHello Trudi - I just said there was a freebie to download on the page, not that it was the main design! Freebies on my design set pages have always been *a bit* of a design so you can see how it stitches. I can't give away a design like that cat that took so many hours to create!
