Hi Elizabeth, - you must not have downloaded the colorchart.zip file that came with your designs. It has all the color charts, etc. You can find the link on your original email, or in your account if you logged in before purchase.
Thanks - I hope you Enjoy Mr. Steam-Puss!
Hi Nancy - I checked and the zip file you received had the pdf color chart in it. But I will send it to you.
Thank you - Suz
Hello Maria - the one I sent you was for the large hoop. Are you using the color chart that came with the design? You can't go by what your software says. All software and machines handle colors differently. If you are using our color chart, then it will be better if you can use the DST format - this prevents problems with colors.
Color 4 chestnut doesn't stitch anywhere near the eyes. Let me know exactly howy ou are stitching Mr. Steam-Puss.
Have you chosen the largest hoop in your software before trying to open the design? I can exchange it for the jumbo size. But your hoop is a lot bigger than the commercial size so I would check your software settings to make sure :)
Thank you - Suz
Hi Maria – which size did you buy and did you set your software for the right size hoop?
