All of our machine embroidery designs will come in any or all of the following hoop sizes: (You will receive links to download the size(s) you purchased and all formats)
Small for 4 x 4 inch hoop, Medium for 5 x 7 inch hoop, Large for 6 x 10 inch hoop, and Jumbo 8 x 12 inch hoop.
Each design description above will state the sizes the set comes in: S, M, L, J standing for Small, Medium, Large and Jumbo. These will be written SML, meaning Small, Medium and Large, or perhaps MLJ, meaning Medium Large and Jumbo, or even SMLJ meaning the set comes in all four hoop sizes
Formats Available: ART3, ART4, DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, PES, VIP, XXX

Would you please tell me how to get design #1 (beautiful blue floral)?
Design 2 is the only freebie I see but is labeled design 1?
I haven't received a newsletter talking about the 21st anniversary before this 11/15 date.
I am confused; love your series and would appreciate any assistance.

I ordered (invoice #68469367 Design # 1 BFC 21 Year Anniversary Creations)! I have 2 questions. #1 Do you have thread colors for the design and #2 Do you have the design format in VP3?

Hi Susan, no, I don't see the gold outline or bubbles. I see part of the center of the flower but the 2 sticklike gold streaks are missing as well. I downloaded the 6D embroidery files. I also looked at the HUS files and the same items seem to be missing. Wierd.

I've posted the correct picture and it seems you have the right designs. :) No one else has written - you must be the only person that opened them! :) Again please accept my apologies.

Hi there. Thanks so much for the free aqua poppy design. It's gorgeous. Just wanted to know if the yellow/gold bubbles, the yellow/gold outline and the gold center of the flower is purposely missing from the files or if I am missing something? Really appreciate all your good and generous work. Thank you!
